It will explain why the RDA for Vitamin D is obsolete and give you information about determining your need using a medical test. It is written in a clear and easy to understand style with a summary at the end of each chapter. It presents an analysis of the science and studies about Vitamin D that is more extensive and up to date than any other source I know of.
