In December, he warned of financial armegeddon as California faced a huge budget deficit that threatened jobs, roads, schools, and public safety. At the same time, he’s pushing some of the world‘s toughest environmental laws to make California a leader in fighting climate change. Throughout it all, he still loves to drive his Humvee.
